The site below has a very interesting free flash site builder.  I don’t yet know how much freedom you are allowed but it’s worth a look if you’d like to add Flash but don’t currently have the skills or tools to do so.

I had thought that I would have to search the web, subject by subject, for design guides & tutorials but fortunately I found the site below. There’s a section for everything from basic HTML to Advanced PHP. Life is good:)

It seems like the best place to start is with a fundamental understanding of what you have to work with when building an HTML page.  To this end, I have added a reference page for HTML tags & will do the same for all of the fundamentals such as CSS, javascript, etc.
